This Lacrosse Clip is Breaking the Internet…

When I first watched this lacrosse clip my jaw dropped.

How did this 4th grader named Rowan pull this off? Somehow, she does a behind-the-back dodge with an extremely shallow pocket and makes it look effortless.

I’m pretty sure I couldn’t do this standing still with a men’s or women’s pocket, and Rowan is pulling this off during a game. Remember her name! I bet we’ll feature her on the Recruit Report again in a few years…

Apex High School Highlight: Penncrest vs. Conestoga

Conestoga battled in an exciting lacrosse game against Penncrest. Watch the full highlights above!

Speaking of the Midwest, Snowden Connor is a huge part of putting this region on the map!

The 5’5 attacker from Mission Hills, Kansas is an elite high school lacrosse player. When she’s not playing for her highs school team, she plays for the Long Island Yellow Jackets, one of the top club teams in the nation.

And the craziest part is, she started playing lacrosse in 8th grade, which is significantly later than most top high school players her age!

The sophomore has one more summer to make an impression on college coaches before the Sept. 1st recruiting window, and I’m super excited to see where her lacrosse game takes her!

By the way, Sophie was nominated via email! So please email me [email protected] with your highlight reel and a writeup with stats/accolades for a chance to be featured! We can’t guarantee a response to the email, but please know that we try to read all of them.

See you next time!
